Is This a Thing? Workshop
Our half-day workshop will teach your team the Is This a Thing? framework for evaluating new business ideas with hyper efficiency. They’ll get hands-on experience applying the framework to real business ideas, work together to identify and troubleshoot potential implementation challenges, and agree on shared tools and vocabulary to adopt.
1:1 Coaching
We also work with individuals 1:1 to support them in the process of generating, testing, and pitching ideas in their organization. Coaching is ideal for participants who have completed the workshop and/or course and are looking for continued support in applying the frameworks they’ve learned. We often focus on navigating internal communication and organizational dynamics for success.
Project Support
We work on custom projects to support your team. This often looks like supplementing your internal resources by designing and conducting tests to evaluate new ideas (for example, customer interviews, prototypes, or unbranded ad tests) and creating high-impact internal presentations.
